I came back to the board the next morning and moved the lost-item notice to the left. Then I shifted a faded event flyer upward so the water-stained card sat at the centre of a triangle. Three items, equal spacing, the face on the card looking outward from the middle. It took me ten minutes to get the alignment right. I kept stepping back to check. Ro passed and glanced at the board but didn't stop. The arrangement looked deliberate now — not like a cluttered noticeboard but like something placed with intention. It made me feel like I was completing something Gloop had started, and that when Gloop returned, the completed shape would prove I understood. Would you feel that way too?
